My everything

Hi! I’m Andrea.

As a kid, I was the one who emptied my room just to put it all back — better. Organizing came naturally to me. But once I got married, had kids, and began juggling long hospital shifts and a long commute? Even I couldn’t keep up. The house got messy and I felt overwhelmed and just not quite like myself.

Then, after losing my dad, something shifted. I realized how much the physical stuff around me was tied to emotional weight. I stopped putting off decisions and began editing with intention—letting go of what I didn’t need, didn’t use, or no longer loved. And in doing so, I made room for clarity, calm, and a new way of showing up in my life.

When I took a step back from my hospital career, I used that time to completely reset my home, and in the process, I found a new sense of purpose. Eventually, I realized I wanted to help other women feel that same shift. And Shelf Care Organizing was born.

Today, I work with women who are exactly where I was: capable, smart, successful — and completely overwhelmed by the mental load of home life. Together, we simplify, systemize, and set the kind of space that feels like a deep breath for your whole nervous system.

The values behind the work.

Disorganization doesn’t just clutter your home; it weighs on your mind, your mood, and your ability to be present. My job isn’t to just make things look pretty. It’s to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more supported in the space you live every day.

These are the values that shape every space I design and every experience I create with my clients:

Functionality

A home that works for you every day. The systems I create are tailored to your space and your routines, designed to make daily life simpler, smoother, and less stressful.

Sustainability

Organizing isn’t a one-time project, it’s a foundation for ease. I focus on realistic solutions and habits that are easy to maintain, so you’re not just getting organized… you’re staying organized.

Support

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I meet you where you are, without judgment, and create customized systems that reflect how you live. Clients often tell me they feel seen, understood, and relieved — because this work is just as much about emotional wellbeing as it is about bins and labels.

Seen, supported, and finally organized.

"I loved working with Andrea. She provided a turn-key solution to help get our kitchen under control. I appreciated her thoughtful approach... and the ease of communication with her. I felt so heard and understood. Normally I wouldn't want to open my messy cabinets to a stranger, but Andrea was warm, helpful and so professional."
–RW, Milton

"Andrea is great! She had ideas I didn't. She also helped me dispose of many things I was 'saving’. She will be coming back to do a closet for me. She is kind and friendly and non-judgmental."
–WM, Milton

Here’s how we’ll begin…

Every project starts with a thoughtful plan. Here’s what the first steps look like:

1. Discovery Call

A complimentary 15-minute conversation to explore your goals, your space, and what’s been feeling heavy.

2. Virtual Assessment

You’ll share a few brief photos or videos so I can better understand your needs, priorities, and layout.

3. Custom Proposal

You’ll receive a personalized plan outlining the recommended hours, investment, and approach, so you know exactly what to expect.

This work is personal, because your home is personal.

I approach every project with empathy, thoughtfulness, and care. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to hear from you.
