What to know before we begin.

How long will it take to get organized?

The timeline varies depending on a few factors: the size of the space, how many items we’re working with, and how quickly you’re able to make decisions during the process. That said, I have a natural way of guiding you through decluttering that often makes decisions feel easier and helps you see progress sooner than you might expect.


Do I need to be present during the sessions?

You’ll be most involved during the Simplify phase, when we sort, declutter, and decide what stays. After that, during the Systemize and Set phases, it’s completely up to you. You’re welcome to stay involved or step away while I take care of the rest. Many clients go about their day while I implement systems. My goal is always to keep the process efficient, low-stress, and respectful of your time.


Do I have to throw my things away?

Absolutely not. Nothing will leave your home without your permission. My role is to support you in making thoughtful, values-aligned decisions. I’ll guide you through the process, offer encouragement, and help transition items out of your home in a way that feels respectful and comfortable for you.


What about organizing products?

Clients are responsible for the cost of any agreed-upon organizing products, such as bins, drawer dividers, file folders, and other tools that support your space. I’ll always make personalized recommendations that fit your needs, budget, and aesthetic.


How do payments work?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Invoices are sent in advance, and payments are processed securely through my client platform, HoneyBook. I accept credit cards and e-transfers — whatever works best for you.

What if I’m embarrassed about the state of my home?

Please don’t be. This is a completely judgment-free zone. Many of my clients reach out when things feel especially overwhelming or out of control—that’s exactly what I’m here for. My role is to support you with compassion and care, no matter where you’re starting from.


Will the results actually last?

Yes! Because we don’t just tidy, we create systems that are tailored to your space, habits, and routines. The goal is to make it easy to stay organized long after I leave. I also share practical tips and tools so you feel confident maintaining it all on your own.


Can we focus on just one area to start?

Absolutely. Whether it’s one room, one closet, or one category that’s driving you nuts, we can start there. Focusing on a single space is a great way to build momentum and experience the benefits of organizing right away.
